At Midnite Club, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our team, we have the following refund and returns policy:
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before completing your order.
2. Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Evidence such as photos/videos of the fault must be provided.
What is not considered a manufacturing fault:
- Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., zippers breaking after use, fabric pilling, fading).
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper washing, or neglect.
- Stains or marks reported after wearing the item.
- Damage occurring after the item has been used, even if within a short timeframe.
3. Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong size, colour, or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
4. Returns Approval Process
All returns must be:
- Approved by our support team before sending the item back.
- Returned in original condition (unless reporting a legitimate manufacturing fault).
If a returned item is assessed and not deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing issue, the refund will not be approved, and the item will be sent back to you.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
6. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless defective on arrival.
7. Misuse or False Claims
We reserve the right to:
- Decline claims that are inconsistent with manufacturing faults,
- Refuse refunds for items that show clear signs of wear, damage from improper care, or deliberate misuse.
This protects us from fraudulent or dishonest refund attempts.
